2007 6.0 no start nocrank

Hello,
I have a new issue with my truck today as I was fixing a coolant leak on the upper radiator hose. I thought it was my water pump because I have had problems with it before. I tore everything down and(radiator, shrouds, fan was off) I was getting ready to unbolt the water pump when I noticed where the leak was really coming from. Yes I feel dumb for not looking harder at the actual staring point of the leak.

Everything back together and topped off, went to start the truck and got just one click nothing else. Everything powered up fine fuel pump and glow plugs cycled fine. The truck has 220k on it and my first thought was the starter. Truck has relatively new batteries, and a couple weeks old alternator. I even tested the batteries to make sure they are fine. Went to AutoZone, unfortunately that's all that's open right now, got a new starter put it in and got the same click, no crank no staring. I check the yellow wire w/ the blue strip on the positive post of the battery and got the same click, no cranking!

Did I get a bad starter or is something else wrong??
Thank you.

Were the batteries load tested, or just checked for static voltage?

Make sure no corrosion or loose wires on the electrical connections (at batteries and starter, also the passenger side battery ground on the block)

If everything looks good, then take the starter back.
