03 f250 6.0 shows no codes everything checks out good on the laptop but it will turn over great but no start

What are you using to check for codes? Some code readers (actually most of the cheaper ones) do not pull all codes.

You are going to need a scan tool of some sort to read engine parameters. If you don't have one, I recommend ForScan Lite. They have a version for your Smartphone as well as the laptop. You will need an ELM327 OBDII adapter for the phone for the wireless communication. They have WiFi and Bluetooth depending on the device you are loading it on. ForScan Lite is also a VERY good code reader!

Once you can read engine parameters, please post the CRANKING values for the following:

FICM Sync
FICM MPower (main power to the module that controls the fuel injection)
FICM LPower (logic power)
FICM VPower (vehicle power)
Cranking rpms
ICP pressire, psia (this is the pressure of the high pressure oil)
ICP volts (this is the high pressure oil pressure sensor output voltage)
IPR % duty cycle (this is the commanded value for duty cycling the valve that controls the high pressure oil pressure)

Are you registering oil pressure on the dash gauge when you crank?
Have you verified that fuel is getting to the secondary fuel filter (pull the secondary fuel filter cap and have someone turn the key on while you watch, but be careful it should fill quickly)?
Are you using OEM oil filter and fuel filters? Is the oil filter cap an OEM one or aftermarket (tall)?
Also, when were both fuel filters last changed?

Yes everything was checked out with laptop and scanner all checked ok and the oil cap is factory

Can't help without seeing actual cranking data, or answers to the questions. Probably ought to take it in.
