How to clean oil to prevent anymore contamination from the Doorman oil cooler gasket

Once again, I"m replacing my oil cooler. I purchased my new OEM oil cooler kit due to multiple IPR failures due to the first oil cooler replacement. When I first purchaed my truck 6 years ago, I did the bullet proofing. I did not realize I had the green gasket which is a Doorman who Diesel tech Ron says never to use. 3 years ago we purchased a 5th wheel and since then, I have replaced my IPR screen 4 times. Every-time I had IPR failures, green gasket particles were on the screen. I sold the 5th wheel and got a trailer that was 6Klbs lighter and a new OEM oil cooler. I"m just about done with the tear down for the new OEM oil cooler and I pulled the IPR valve. It has 400 miles on the new IPR screen and oil change. The IPR Valve is covered in little green Doorman gasket material.

Now, How do I clean out the tiny sediment that keeps plugging my IPR Valve? I am so pissed! Anyway, I have a second IPR Valve, but I want to flush what ever is in there OUT! The question is HOW?

Also.....for more power.. I was considering more power and wondering how ... without a stud kit. My truck is stock 2003 XLT with 150K miles on it, I got an Atlas tune from ED @ FICM repair, blue spring kin, AFE cold air intake, coolant filtration system and stock exhaust. I was considering rebuilding the turbo and putting on a billet impeller wheel, but I hear the stock 2003's like mine are great turbos, my turbo is in great shape. So for power increase, I"m considering an impeller upgrade, larger exhaust, or a programmer using the mild tune....

Any suggestions here on this one?

Thank you all for the help!!!

And the hits keep on coming! :( MY pig tail for the IPR valve is busted due to multiple IPR valve replacements.....Where can I find the pigtail for the IPR Valve?

Thanks again!

I was finally able to remove the oil cooler. I was appalled at the Effed up quality of the "Doorman" Green gasket. There was shit in the screen to to point where it looked like a kitchen strainer after an rice party for the entire county! There was a crack in the base screen with sediment crammed in the hole creating a plug. Yet there was a long tear that was about 1mm wide..enough for crap to circulate through the entire system. When I did this job, I mainly referenced the service tech via Ford on youtube. NEVER use a green/Doorman gasket, they are shit! When Ipulled the cooler off the intake valley, there were areas where the gasket looked almost dissolved in areas as it was melting away into my oil system. I was able to ID some sediment in the oil filter.

Now, how to clean this Doorman shit show out of my oil system?

Anyone?
