6.4 back pressure problems

Hello,
This is my first post so Bare with me.
I have an 08 F350, 6.4. I have it completely deleted with 4 inch Flo pro down pipe, Rudy's diesel up pipes, Flo pro 5 inch single exhaust with muffler. Cold air intake from Sinister. Brand new manifolds, Fass systems 165gph pump, and a SCT Live wire tuner with custom tunes from Powerstroke Enginuities..

I have a constantly reoccurring issue of blowing out my up-pipe bellows and then the back pressure switch failure. I have replaced the switch multiple times as well as he tube it mounts to. It does not matter where the tube is located in the up-pipe. ( I have had 3 sets in a year from various dealers) My truck is modestly tuned. it made 531 hp and 1014 pound ft of torque on the DYNO. WHAT AMM I DOING WRONG?
I drive this truck as my daily driver it rarely sees race conditions and has never been sled pulled. My egt's do not get very high well, excessively high anyway. I am on my last leg with this thing. Please let me know what I can do.

Is the EBP sensor pipe hanging unsupported now that the delete has been done? If so, it will continue to vibrate and cause problems.

I would recommend relocating the EBP to a secured mounting point.
