need a little help please

hi all i'm a new member anyways i get to the point. I have a 2007 f250 super duty 6.0l was stock till it broke down 2 months ago. I started it up one night to warm up went to get in and go home and it acted like it ran out of diesel never would start back up. pop the hood and what i believe to be a blown head gasket. so i get it home the next day and start tearing into it. had blown a head gasket and ipr anyways i order parts to bullet proof it. head gasket kit egr delete coolant filtration system icp irp head studs cold air intake and bully dog gt diesel scanner/tuner. think that's it lol. Anyways get it all put back together and took 2 days before it finally started and ran for 30 mins. i kill truck put tuner on it it started up ran for 20 mins and die. Haven't been able to get it running since. any advice if you need more info i can give only scanner i got is the bully dog and it gives me 2 codes p2286 and p0403

Do have access to a diagnostic scanner or an obd2 to pc/iOS/android adapter?

If so I can help walk you through some diagnostics.

The two codes you have are an ICP code and an EGR code.

Clear them with a scanner or with your bully dog. We’ll see if they return.

When you replaced your ICP, where did you buy it from? Was it a motorcraft, bostech, bwd, or ??? Did you inspect the ICP wiring harness? Typically that ICP code is associated with a burnt icp plug, or an oil soaked ICP harness plug, or bunt/chaffed ICP harness.

If you have access to a scanner or dongle then we can look at various electronics to help diagnose. If not, then I can give you some physical tests to run. But having a scanner would be highly recommended.

If you don’t have one, then I can make recommendations of some inexpensive options. Do you have an android phone/tablet or an iPhone/iOS device? If you have access to either then for about $25 you can purchase a decent obd2 adapter and for another $5-$25 you can get an app for your device that has the advanced PIDs you need to work on your 6.0.

If you can't post specific numbers from the PCM when you try to start, then you force us to guess/

Also, please answer Crawler's questions:

You need to help us help you.

Post KOEO:
ICP volts
ICP pressure
Do the injectors "buzz" w/ KOEO?

Post cranking:
ICP volts
ICP pressure
IPR duty cycle
Cam/crank sync
FICM sync
FICM LPower
FICM MPower
FICM VPower
cranking rpms
Does the oil pressure gauge on the dash show pressure when cranking?

Also, you may check how fast the secondary fuel filter bow fills with the key on (two person job) and whether or not there are any bubbles (it should fill quickly).
What is your fuel tank level?

Bought icp off of eBay. Yes I changed the plug to. Half tank of diesel. I don’t have oil pressure on gauge till about 3 time trying to start it. Icp reads 4.3ksi on bully dog. Timing is +3

Only scanner I got is the bully dog only lets me do so much. Fuel fills quick I think it should be faster but not for sure. Rpm cranking is over 100.
