Default 6.0 Crank but no Start

Hey all, I am stumped on this one. I have a 04 Ford F350 6.0 that is cranking, but will not start. It had trouble cranking before and we had to ether it at times to get it to start, and now it will not start at all. I have watched diesel ron's videos and can not find a case matching mine. I have checked all of the necessary pressures and voltages and all, and I can not figure it out for sure, and do not really know where to start. I have good ficm main power, my ficm sync is 0 though. My icp pressure is also 0. and the voltage for the icp sensor is staying at .2 my IPR is right at 14.7 and not going over 83.5. So I am stumped, I know everything I could check, but I just dont know where to start, does anyone have any ideas of what could be wrong, and why its showing no sync and no pressure.?

How do you know the ICP sensor is working?

A good test would be to unplug it and see if it will start. Always good to inspect the harness also. Replace the harness if it is oil soaked.

If you get a no-start w/ ICP sensor unplugged, then time to do an air test I guess.

I know you said the numbers all look good, but it is always helpful to see the actual numbers get posted (and any DTC's).
