2006 F250 6.0.... will it start NO!!
Ok so I got the fuel in water on my odometer after filling up at a local store. Made it about 5 miles from store and truck just died while doing 60 mph. Had to get it towed home. Had a mobile mechanic come run diagnostic for codes. Only code that popped up was crank shaft sensor. I'm far from a mechanic but I've had a few over to look at it. What I've done is first went to the water separator drained it fuel in water code went away but still no crank. Next drained tank. Replaced filters with OEM motorcraft filters put new diesel from different store. Changed the crank shaft sensor...which was a pain in the arse!!! After doing all this still no crank amd run. It will turn over but not start. Put a gas soaked rag in aor breather hose and it fired right up and runs for maybe 10-12 seconds and dies. Ive spent over $600 parts and labor and still nothing. After changing crank shaft sensor the truck is not throwing any codes. I'm in desperate need of some answers. The motor itself has been bulletproofed but NO EGR delete NO chip NO programmer. Thanks for any help you can give.
