2009 swap in 2003?? How hard?
 

I have a 2003 f350 that has been sitting awhile it has 22x,xxx miles and has a blown head gasket. I really like this pickup and I didn't want to spend the time and $$$ to fix a head gasket on an engine that has that many miles. I have a lead on a 2009 e-series ambulance that I can get for pretty cheap that has a brand new engine. My question is how hard is it going to be to make the 2009 work? I know the icp location is d
