Who wants to drive me to the loonie bin?

So for the last little while I have found myself looking at getting a new truck. I think my keyboard has some internal damage from the amount of drool that has been deposited every time I look at Western Haulers. So here is my thought process, I can get $15-20k for my 77k mile truck private party and put that toward a new F-350 King Ranch that has all of the bells and whistles and still end up financing close to $50k while gaining a bumper to bumper warranty, satellite radio, navigation, etc. Ooooorr, I could start putting money aside and start buying things here and there and then take her off the road for a solid 6 months to do the work. I'm not crazy about getting another truck payment, but I can't pull any big trailers with the obnoxious 6" lift I have (not to mention I hate the fact that it's orange) but I haven't had a serious need to spend the money to change out the suspension and tires until now. My dad is planning to buy a new trailer within the next couple years and will be selling me his old one at fraction of the cost (he wasn't crazy about the idea of just giving me a 44' gooseneck with living quarters). Here is a list of what would be getting done:

-'08+ power everything tow mirrors paint matched to the truck
-Helper bags
-Bring her closer to the ground (2-3" max lift)
-Dually conversion
-Western Hauler bed
-Titan 67 gal tank
-Clearance lights
-10 lug conversion
-King Ranch seats
-Finish any dash/gauge upgrades (if I get real froggy I may do an '08+ dash conversion)
-Rails on the bed
-5th wheel and goose plate to go with said rails
-Gear Vendors O/D tailshaft
-Eventually a 6.7 Cummins when the 6.0 decides that enough is enough

I figure I have about $20k worth of mods to do not counting whatever I can get for the stuff I'm taking off.

Note: I will be keeping the truck a 4x4 as well as keeping it a bolt action (another reason I didn't want to buy new, I prefer to shift my own gears).

What do y'all think?

I've attached a pic of an F-550 Long Horn that is pretty close to what I'm shooting for
