P132b low boost a lot of black smoke?

I got a 2003.5 6.0 power stroke one day I hit 23 pounds of boost and after that code showed and low boost and black smoke. I've changed the map sensor and hose. I have no play in turbo shaft and wheel looks good... Need help!!!
