6.0 won't stay running
 

Hello I have a 2003 6.0 with 180k miles on it. 2 weeks ago I had to send my SCT tuner back to Sct to be fixed for a glitch. I got the turner back this past Friday. I hooked it back up that afternoon.
When it was finished I was able to fire up my truck with no issues, nothing. As I drove 30' the engine stuttered and the fuel/water light came on, and the truck turned off. I was now in the middle of the road so I fired it back up and got it back into my drive way.

Just thinking that it just needed new filters I went to the store and picked up the filters and replaced them. After that the fuel water light still come on once the truck is on. And as soon as I touch the peddle it will stutter and shut off.

I'm at a loss. Help
