2003 f250 6.0 cant figure this one out

Ok I have a 2003 f250 6.0 it is stock other than a intake and egr delete. I use this truck to drive to work in the mornings and back sometimes use on weekend about 7miles round trip every morning. Truck have 105,000 miles on it and has been well maintained. Ok here is Everything I have done to the truck in the last month. all new injectors all seals done on hpop, filter all replaced fule and oil both filters motorcraft , new fule pump, IPR and ICP with harness. I flushed it not to long ago with tap about 5 times and disstealed water 8 and using cat-ec1 coolant. Temps are always no more than 10 apart. Ficm is at 48.5 always. I have a SCT scanner that I check my temps and volts and everything checked out. Truck is still running real low and rough fluctuates idle pretty bad when cold but gets a little better after running temp no power like its starved for fule. This morning starter her up let it warm up for about 20 minutes but was running really rough when doing so got in and pushed on the gas and it just bogged way down wouldn't move and there was some black smoke ? Parking brake was off i checked 3 times. I'm down to my last straw with this truck had everything gone threw pressures voltages fule and everything I listed above and still can't figure the damn thing out ? Had three shops try as well with computers and pressure Gage's and they say everything checks out ? Any ideas ?

Injector stuck? try running RevX maybe? also did you have this issue when you did the seals on the HPOP? Did you replace the STC on the HPOP fitting with the upgraded one?

One of those last sentences I didn't understand. You read the FICM voltage and it's 48 and you read the fuel pressure up near the top filter on the engine and that is 50psi +. (nevermind about the FICM, I assume the SCT is telling you that's fine.)

Yea did new hpop and fitting fule pressure is good and just replaced all injectors and no chafing on harnesses all filters replaced with motocraft still acting like its starving for fuel did all the fuel lines with tank. The last place I took it to they said it wasn't throwing any codes and said it was fine.

If it is pouring black smoke it isn't starving for fuel, it is starving for air, make sure the turbo spins freely. Also loosen the drive belt and check all of your pulleys and AC clutch, water pump. make sure everything spins free as a bad pulley will make it act as if a brake was on the motor. Make sure the "butterfly" under the intake elbow is open, they can get stuck closed causing it to starve for air, best to replace them with a 05 and up intake elbow to eliminate the butterfly if your housing has one.

Thanks for the reply I found the problem it was two washers on the injectors. Two of them weir fried! Burn out don't know how that happens but it was all grey and burnt down to paper thin replaced and now truck runs amazing!
