Have a hard knocking sound, white smoke, and loss of power need help

I have a 2003 f350 6.0 crew cab long bed I use this truck to drive to work every day and tow a toy hauler with on weekends it has new injectors just put them in 2 weeks ago they are 175cc with a stock nozzle it also has a 4in turbo back exaust and an intake, it also has a colent filter system and I have a bully dog programmer I just changed all fuel filters and did the oil change when I did the injectors. I was driveing down the highway and starred to climb a hill and heavy white smoke started comeing out the exaust. I got of the closest exit and the truck stated makeing a loud wrapping sound from the moter and only did when I was at and idle and as I was trying to limp it somewhere it lost all power and eventually stalled itself out on a little hill. Motor still turns over and starts up but a little slow an still does the wrapping with a lot of white smoke. If anyone can give me an answer on where I should start looking it would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance!!! Oh an I just remembers I do have headstuds

It's throwing 3 injector codes p0201 but idk if it is throwing these cause I just replaced all 8 of them or not there are 2 more codes but they are the same thing just different injector

My theory is that one of your injector is pouring out diesel fuel.
Either you didn't torque injector down right or bad seals.
In rare case.. bad connection plug or shorted injector.

My best shot is pull out all the injectors.
- Inspect all the seals and copper on the injector
- Clean and inspect the inside of the injector cups sleeve, make sure there is no crack or particles in there. Use that clean heavy duty shop towels shove and spin it around inside those cups to clean.
- Check your injector connctions. no sight of shorted or sheared wire/connection

The torque spec for those injector bolts is 24ft lbs.

I torque my injector bolts in sequence 10,24, to 26ft lbs to be safe.

I will try that cause I was looking at other stuff today and the smoke smells like fuel and I seems like it is just flooding the motor. I will let you know how it goes it might not be for a couple days but thanks for the help

Then don't try to start it up again. engine can get hydrolock from fuel overflowed.
other worst case scenario, your injector might have a cracked or broken nozzle.
you don't want that to be inside the cylider.

And if one of them have a bad seal. don't be cheap about it and replace them all on every injector.

Also this is what I did, removed all the seals and soaked the injectors in Simple green for about 2 hours to get them clean.

good luck on that bud.

Do not REPEAT do not keep cranking that truck. You can pull one injector or glow plug at a time and bump the truck over. The cylinder that is full of fuel will release the fuel in a cloud all over you "speak from exp"

Be sure to blow out injector hold downs with compressed air and make sure each injector has the copper washer.Replace all the o rings on the injectors even the ones in the top and use vasoline or oil or trans fluid a lite coat on the o ring when re installing them. You then tq down to 27 ft lbs factory spec in one step but people do it differently just do not exceed 27ft.Do not force the injector in the injector cup you will tear an o ring on the injector it needs to slide in smooth.

I would also suggest replacing the o ring in the hpo rail. Here is a little trick and works like a charm. You can can use the bottom o ring on the injector in your hpo rail works like a charm and it's thicker and seals better.

Well thanks for all the help guys but it was worse than I thought the top half of the motor is blown
