Oil & coolant temp

Simple question. How hot is too hot on a stock 6.0? I recently installed a tuner and can now see my actual oil and coolant temps. I run her on the stock tune and am seeing oil temps reaching 208 degrees F. Coolant temps are about 10 degrees less than that, all the time.
How hot can she get safely? Please and thanks.

Seems pretty normal to me

Something like 250*+ EOT will have the PCM shut down the motor.

Base on the weather and location factors.
My truck runs cold here below 180f during the winter in Washington state.
Summer in August would be around 200f.
I have upgraded to a full aluminum radiator and intercooler.

Those gauges arent that accurate. They always show below 140f. Have to get a true reading from ECU.

If your coolant and oil temps are 10 degrees apart your oil cooler is on it's way out.
I have never seen a pcm shut a truck down when it gets 250 degrees. If that were true these trucks would shut down pulling heavy loads up steep hills. The oil needs to reach at least 190 to evaporate the water that is in the oil "water vapor".But you do not need to let your truck run no more than 210-215 your oil's sheer point "break down of the oil" accelerates and your engine will start letting you know it's not happy.
