Sudden stop - no crank, no start

Sudden stop - no crank, no start
Had my 04 Crew DRW Just over 2 months. Bought with 184k miles. Had no previous issues until it suddenly stopped running merging onto freeway. I immediately threw into neutral and attempted to restart after having read that can sometimes work. Of course it didn't. Pulled over and tried again. No starter engagement, no click ( like batteries dead). Dash lights (in fact all lights) work properly. Let sit hoping was temp related. 30 mins later, still no starter engagement. Towed home. Next day, no starter. But now noticing no fuel pump turn on. All lighting still ok. Visually Checked all fuses - all good. Swapped around relays - no change. Replaced batteries (Interstate megatron 2 with overnight charge) - no change. Used working ECM from sons truck - no change. Attempted to use AE (after successfully connecting prior to failure) - would not talk to ECM.

Car fax states head bolts replaced at 48k and at 66k by Ford dealers

Could talk to ECM with AE prior to failure. Cannot now

Replaced IPR within last 200 miles due to leak. Also would surge at idle

No other running issues before failure. Previous AE measurements all look good

Known good ECM no change

Acting like gear selector is in gear (AT) but changing position does not improve. Also not getting fuel pump to come on either

Starter turns over normally when voltage applied to connector under hood passenger side

Looking for any help you guys can give.

Super stumped as to no fuel pump with ignition on

Sound like electrical issue.
Can you get your starter to run? Without using ignition key.

Most common I have seen is the fan wires got shorted.
Check your fan connection wire. Look inside the fan shroud. Disconnect the connection try to start it.

Keep disconnect each component connection out and try to start it one at the time.
