weird stuttering issue

I gotta a real challenge for you guys. OK so got a 05 f350 psd for practicly nothing. I know these things pretty good. Ran like crap oil everywhere and the tranny pan was ripped off previously so it had all the wrong fluids in it and slipped. I had another 05 that had an engine failure shortly after I put a pile of money into so the parts swapping began! A couple injectors, reconditioned turbo, rebuilt tranny and t case few other odds and ends, Ipr value, icp checked ficm ( I have autoenginuity total ford) new rear seals and she ran great but has some codes for the trailer brake and rear speed sensors. I get it out on the road and it studders and runs really eracticly. Like the power just cuts right of and goes on again. I'm just wondering what systems you guys would check. I noticed that the vehicle speed isn't accurate on the scanner and think it could be why I am getting these codes. I pulled the sensor on the diff and cleaned it and still the same code. C1710, c1703, c1706 rear sensor circuit failed or blockage. Could these cause the engine to shut on and off like that? I also have a c2800 for brake pressure transducer sense circuit open. I also have a copy of on demand 5. Which has procedures for the tbc but not much for the park aid. I'm gonna battle through it since I have a parts truck. When I changed out the tranny I had allot of bad clips that caused me grief like crazy but seem to have all the tranny codes delt with. Also showing p1876 and p1832 for t case lock up solenoid. Seems lots of issues that could be 1 simple thing.
