05 6.0 No Start

Hello,Im kinda of a newbie on fords so any help is appreciated I got this 05 6.0 thats got 184k on it and its been to a couple different shops in the last 2yrs heres a list of what they did all new ford parts,Ips,Ipr,hpop, the U shaped tube, tubes and plugs in the oil manifolds, inj orings and "cups",Sinister egr delete! and they gave up so heres were I come in
I charged bat's hooked IDS(ford scanner) up cranking ips is 250-350 desired is above 1k ipr is 86% so I stopped and Air pressure check hpop system and I hear air leaking so I go thru IDS and run Ipr up to 94% and no more leaking air so the way I understand it this is correct and its normal.
So I read on here to give it a shot of 3m silicone,I did and it fired up and idles,I look at IDS and desired ips is 7-800 range ids is 550-580 and ipr is at 85% and ficm is 48v so I run rpm up to 1500 and ips is 1000 and desired ips is 14-1500 and ipr is still 85% ficm is 48v

I have made sure ficm was all pluged in good,I updated the ficm, pcm, tcm with the latest software

So Im thinking the new Hpop is bad BUT I not sure and dont wanna pull the trigger on it till Ive run it buy some more experienced 6.0 techs

So any help would be GREATLY Appreciated Thanks Guys

first thing to do is to pull the IPR valve again and check the screen on it, it is very common for it to become blocked or damaged after HPOP replacement because it is hard to get all the junk out of the system. also make sure it is a Ford IPR valve and not a cheap auto parts store unit that are known to fail

I pulled Ipr out friday and it was clean I pulled the cooler out to see the suction screen and it was clean. I did feel the oil was a lil thick and sticky like it had some Lucas or something like that in it so I cleaned the oil out of the hpop sump and drained pan and refilled hpop sump and pan with Amsoil 5-40 diesel oil and a new motorcraft filter and cap that let it start faster and with out 3m silicone spray but it still has this problem with the ips low and ipr high and no missfires :argh:
