Need help
I have 2005 6.0 powerstroke, it has new arp head studs, new turbo, new heads, egr delete, all new injectors, 4 inch exhaust from turbo back, new hpop, and new oil cooler. I'm having problems with it blowing white smoke and can not figure it out. When I start it it's fine and it's fine in neutral but as soon as I put it in gear it will start smoking only on take off though. Any advice will be greatly appreciated thanks

Do a compression test.
Is it white smoke as in coolant? Do a compression test. or white smoke as in Raw Fuel? Do a compression test. |
Okay I will have that done, it's fuel smoke thank you

Yeah it sounds like it could be down on compression. ive seen alot of damage happen to those engines. i hope for your sake this is something i have no idea about!:c:

Yes I had one injector go bad on me and because of that one injector I've dropped over $5k in it, melted the piston cracked the head and the pieces of the piston went through my turbo and blew it up, wasn't good thanks for the info I'll def be doing a compression test
