6.0 no start what else is new ?

04 built 8/22/03 ran fine for a few mins went down the road came to a light started running rough a little then going down the road lost power till stalled out thought it was the crank sensor because no RPMs on dash when cranking but also no oil pressure on gauge either took out the oil filter theres oil coming up while cranking FICM Voltage is 48 with a low of 47.8 truck is stock except for cat and muffler delete and oil was just changed yesterday at the dealer it now has 141,000 on it its only a daily driver to no pulling anything

You need to check high pressure oil with scanner. I bet hpop or related since ficm volts look good.

Thanks ive checked today with a scanner and it says the ICP has roughly 1500PSI when cranking and the IPR goes up to 84.77% something is telling me the ICP isnt reading right with those numbers ? and im not sure what the IPR percent really means in relation to it either ? It also says the FICM is in sync when cranking as well as the cam and crank sensor are to and im cranking at 150 to 170 RPMs this has me stumped for sure !!!!!! and yet still no RPM on the dash tach when cranking either after replacing the crank sensor im not coming up with any DTC codes either on anything it just refuses to fire off

OK better scan tool today the first was reading DESIRED ICP pressure the real time pressure was between 250 an 690 psi very erratic never steady also found ICP under turbo and i unplugged it and it cranked really fast wanted to hit off but wouldnt catch and IPR was only working at 48.14% then instead of 84.77% when the ICP was plugged in . well plugged it back in and all the values went back to the same as before except the ICP reading of 250 to 690 psi erratic still a little in the dark what it all means ???????:argh:

500 psi to start, you might want to pull the IPR valve and check the screen on it, if its clogged or torn then that will give you issues too, and it may also determine if the pump failed, only reason I am saying this is because of the erratic reading
