2005 F150 stx 12 valve swap
 

hey guys, recently decided i wanted to swap out fords pos 4.6l and drivtrain and throw in a 12v, with a solid axle conversion to hold the weight. I went out today and got a dana 44 front axle with kingpins and detroit lockers, and tomorrow hopefully ill go pick up the dana 60 rear. once i get the axle swap done im going to be interested in throwing an ol 12v in the thing. trying to get an idea of how well it would fit, and if ill be able to wire the thing to work with the limited accessories i have in the truck, like cruise control and then the obvious speedo and etc. here is a list of parts i plan to throw on the motor, ill be buying a bare factory style rebuilt 12v.

with nv5600 manual trans or ats stage 6 auto trans (4x4)
241 dhd transfer case
Smarty S-03
Edge Comp Box
Industrial Injection 150 horsepower injectors
AFE or S&B cold air intake
BD Super B Special turbo
Banks intake manifold
BD Pulse exhaust manifold
4" turbo back exhaust,
BD Cool-It intercooler.
FASS 150GPH lift pump
Valair full ceramic single disc or Valair dual disc spring hub (manual)
BD Performance Transmission, BD flexplate, BD triple disc torque converter, BD billet input shaft (auto)

hoping to here back from yall with some input on what the build will be like or if anyone else has messed with the same set up. i got the money to throw at it, just need some better info. thanks yall:c:
