engine miss at highway speeds

ok i am about ready to blow this truck up
i have a 04 6.0 powerstroke
i have replaced the ipr, icp, ficm, turbo and cleaned the egr valve
earlier this week i put a post on here because i had no power at wide open which i figured out was a leak on the high rise intake then i drove the truck to work about 50 miles
on my way home this morning the truck starting bucking if you will and shooting out black smoke with every buck i got the truck home shut it off went to start it back up and had a real long crank but did start i had my scan gauge hooked to it so i was able to monitor a few numbers running down the road they were
icp 2450 @2500 rpms
ipr 65%

when i looked at it at the house my icp was barely at 500 so i unplugged it and it fired right up but on my scanner it read 850 at idle is this right to anyone or do you guys think i may have gotten a bad sensor i got no codes driving down the road
sorry for the long post just trying to put pert. info out there

Hey Valaden, not sure there are any ford guys on here!
Could it be air in the system?
I am having a similar problem but I just have an inconsistent miss that I BELIEVE is air (or maybe a cam position sensor) that started after I did fuel filter, CPS and an exhaust sensor change.

May have to resort to the (ugh) Ford dealer!!

I have heard of many instances of bad " new" parts. Quality control for some afternarket companies leaves a lot to be desired. I saw a box of sensors from auto parts store, customer tested all 19 in box, 7 were bad. . . Not good odds if u just get one. Makes it more challenging for proper repairs.

Yeah, changed it out yesterday and truck runs the same.
