New to the forum but need help

Hi guys and gals I am new to this forum and I need some help. I recently bought a 2004 F 250 super duty. This is my first diesel rig. So let me give you some details about my truck it's a 2004 F 250 XLT with a 6.0 power stroke it's got an 8 1/2 inch Procomp lift with dual Fox 2.0 shocks in the front fox 2.0 shocks in the rear and Fox steering stabilizers sitting on 37 inch tires. So so this past weekend I was pulling my trailer I got as far as my driveway turn the wheel and my power steering pump or gearbox started leaking leaked out all the fluid. So the one thing I noticed is it's really hard to turn the steering wheel when I am in a complete stop it's hard for me to maneuver my trailer into my driveway with this type of situation is there a steering box or is there something else that I can do to make it better? My mechanic told me the reason why the gearbox or the power steering pump blew is because the amount of pressure that I was putting on it when I turn the wheels. Is there an aftermarket steering box gearbox that'll make turning while stopped easier?or what can I do to make it better any suggestions would help thanks.

Sorry to say but those 37s are the reason it is so hard to turn
