PLEASE SOMEONE SHOOT ME!!!!!!!!

Ok, I have an 03 6.0 and I recently replaced HPOP, injectors, stand pipes, FICM, IPR, ICP, EGR delete, oil cooler, injector wiring harness, new batteries, updated 2005 intake manifold (without crossover tube) and the truck ran great for 2 days then stalled and stopped running. not coming up with any codes and HPOP is not building pressure above 300lbs. Did 150lbs air test and no leaks at all. Tried starting without ICP plugged in and still no start, checked filter housing and flow pressure from low pressure oil side and all checks out. Also checked fuel pressure and flow. all this was done to replace the old failed HPOP. What is the possibility of a bad new pump???????? What is a sure fire way other than what I did to confirm????? Is the international parts dealer going to give me a hard time with returning my 550.00 part? I can't dilly dally with out a truck for long as its a business truck.:s::scare2::argh::ouch:

Hate to say it but bad pump is possible. What brand of pump did you use? New or rebuilt?

It was a rebuilt one I suppose as the place that the local international dealer uses charged me a 350 core charge. Did I not do the right thing going to the international dealer??

There is no 100% guarantee on any pump. I have heard rebuilt can be sketchy. I'm thinking about a billet pump from diesel site some day when I need one and have heard good things but they aren't cheap.

Anybody else have any ideas?

Pull the IPR valve and check the screen, a lot of times after a new pump install the screen will get clogged with junk. Sometimes the screen may even get damaged from left over debri. it is common so give it a check. It will be a lot easier with the newer intake on it now. a little trick with the later intakes and a EGR delete installed is to cut off the bolt tab where the egr cooler was supported, that way you can pull the intake in the future without even pulling the turbo.
