Power surge

I have an 04 f250 6.0l no mods new egr valve and cooler new ipr and icp truck will run fine for a day or so then it will stutter rpms go up to over 1000 then back down to about 500 or lower kind of lost now

Ok no codes are showing pulled egr and cleaned trk ran fine for a day or so now back to same thing
