info 155cc injector /fass
Hi everyone ! noob here !
i just teared my 03'excursion 6.0L apart ... for injectors job , im looking into RCD 155cc stock nozzle reman injector since im on tight budget question is: ive been HIGHLY recommend to install a Driven Diesel Regulated Return Kit AND fass 125 gph pump.... IS IT A MUST for the pump now? here's mod/upgrade done so far: arp stud / oem ford HG / new hpop / powermax turbo W/batmo wheel / air intake / 4" turbo back straight exhaust / egr delete / egr uppipe / new oil cooler / blue spring / banks high ram / SCT tuner- innovative tune / dc alt |
MUST...no. Do you want the injectors to last? You need something on the supply side for extra support in pressure and filteration. A RR doesn't do squat to protect them from water, air and gunk.

what do you think about fass pump + driven RR ...VS. AD2 ( which is already regulated) ... from what I read..somewhere !? |
I have adII and am on third pump. If I had it to do again I would probably go with low pressure air fuel separator and feed stock HFCM. When I get back to cash flowing again I'm going to install a crossover and check pressure at back of heads with gauge. I'm wondering how much pressure is lost from filter/ regulator to back of heads.
