No start when hot after new HPOP and injector o-rings
 

So I have had a no start when hot issue for about 2 years now. Over they past month I air tested the oil system and activated the IPR when cold and found no leaks. I then removed the stand pipes and dummy plugs which were installed a year or so ago and everything looked fine. I then removed each injector and visually inspected all orings. When I re oringed the injectors there was no wear at all they orings looked brandnew. So at this point I figured when the HPOP was replaced before I purchased the truck it was a weak pump from the get go. So I replaced the HPOP from AccurateDiesel.com which comes with the updated STC and a new IPR. Put it all back together and it still does not hot start. It is alot better than before it only has to sit for 10-15mins which is better than an hour plus.

So I have no clue where to go from here... Oil Rail nipple cup replacement, new injectors???? It also has a new Branch tube in it. I have posted on here before but I have a bit more information than before.

Whenever it warms up a bit im going to try and air test it while hot... So basically what I am saying is I have replaced pretty much every component of the high pressure oil system and still having the same issue.

Do you have a way to check IPC pressure while cranking? if it's below 500 psi it won't start, or if the sensor thinks it see's low pressure. Also, sometimes the O-rings on the top of the injectors where the branch tubes go into them tear. I'd crank it over with the covers off and look for a leak at the injectors/branch tubes.
