Ford 6.0l Question on a build

Hey guys as many of you know I bought an abandoned 2003 with 180,xxx the body is in great shape and once I got a key I pulled the turbo and the exhaust turbine was gone (the shaft had snapped) so its looking like whoever owned it used and abused this thing A LOT. So I am shooting for the long run and am wanting to buy a short block from Performance Machine, while I was at it I was wondering about feeding it with fuel, I was wanting to use 175cc casserly's with an Air Dog II 150. I know this system is self regulated but would it be necessary to also run a regulated system that is behind the heads? I am also wondering if it would be necessary to run a coolant bypass like I seen Bill Hewitt talk about on youtube as well as new radiator he runs. One last thing.... does anybody have any experience on the bullett proof diesel air cooled oil cooler? Thanks for the help in advance.

You can use the airdog 150 to feed a higher pressure pump but alone the 150 doesn't have the pressure to feed your system. The airdogII is complete regulated 165 system but I have been through two pumps in 2 yrs.. they covered under warranty with no hassles but I'm hoping the new pump is really improved. In ideal situation, a fuel system with the regulator after the injectors (regulated return) would insure the injectors are getting the full pressure you set.
