6.0l buy a new long block or trust old engine?

Hey guys I bought an abandoned 2003 f-350 that when it broke down I guess was smoking real bad, (according to the guys property who it sat on said you nearly couldn't see the truck through the smoke cloud) I finally got a key for it and it ended up being the turbo, the exhaust turbine had snapped off the shaft (someone beat the shit out of the engine but the body is in immaculate shape) but I put a new turbo in it aswell as EGR delete while I was in that far, and got it all put back together, it also needs a new FICM (wouldn't even fire on the FICM in it used the one off of my other pickup and it started right up) I have probably 2 stuck injectors in it as well as a horrible oil leak from which I don't know yet because I had to go back to college before I found it. But my question is should I just go ahead and buy the new long block from performance machine? and replace high pressure oil pump and go with a set of casserly injectors? Because as far as I know the oil cooler is also plugged, and plus I have no idea what the shape the motor is other then stated above. I just want some opinions but that's what I am leaning towards.
