suspension and tires

So I ordered a leveling kit for my truck and now the front sits higher could I take blocks off a 1ton and fix it? Right now the front sits 1/2-3/4 of an inch higher. And also was wondering if I could run 305/75/16 on factory rims or would I need aftermarket rims or if those tires would even fit.

Check the rear OEM block height. The F350 block runs like 3.75" in height so you nay have some growth there.

That should work on the blocks. I think the f250 block is 2 inch. Switching them out may make the rear an inch higher. F350 blocks are 3 3/4 as stated above. If you want to get it closer a 3 inch block from 4wheel parts would work just fine, for about $40. As for the tires they should fit, but that being a wider tire you would prolly need to get a wheel with more backspacing to prevent from rubbing while turning

I have 325/65-18 with leveling kit on stock offset 9 in wide rims. . . Only rub is slight on leaf spring at full lock . . Put over 20000 miles on and heavy right foot. 305 should fit no problem!
