Rebuild parts????

2004 with 300k, getting headgaskets done this spring so wondering best place to order parts. I am sure this type of thread has been beat to death but cannot search well with iphone, i havent replaced any sensors yet, just sinister egr delete, replace parts that are probably getting tired, please let me know what is necessary, and what i can get away without because u can throw a lot of coin at these things
So was thinking
Oil cooler
EBP sensor
ICP sensor
Glow plugs
Water pump
Turbo rebuild/cleaning kit
( seem to be good prices on ebay)

Headgaskets not sure best place to order or best price, i have arp's already which i think u can reuse
I have 6.4 banjo bolts to install yet
Blue spring update
And best gauge to get for fuel pressure
I have sniper tuning but plan on selling and getting sct i guess.
I have torque app and tablet to monitor engine too
Any other suggestions guys?
What is decent price for new heads and where? I am going to assume cracks
Much appreciated guys!
Happy new year

I would get heads checked before buying new, most good head shops will check before starting work and may have heads available if needed. I put a small aero motive guage right on the test port and left it there. U can pop hood and see if u have fuel press. issue. In the works is f650 dash with gauges. I'm leaning toward glowshift since they are 15 mins from my home in Berlin nj and they have fuel pressure, oil pressure and volt gauge with dial and digital combo face. Looks cool and practical since they will be below radio.

Good idea on gauges, i will be having heads checked for sure, good chance of cracks with 300k i am trying to find out best place with reasonable price for heads.
