#5 injector
I recently had a #5 contribution code come up so i swapped it out with a new injector ran fine for about 10min then burn up so thinking i got a bad injector i swapped it out again and same thing. Egr and lift pump were just replaced and FICM is reading 48v key on 48V cranking i need help with this for its my daily driver any thoughts?

I guess what i should be asking is could this be FICM or should i look more into the wiring harness
