More starting issues
Hey Guys
I have a late model 2004 F-350 stock other than EGR Delete 6.0l 150000 miles that has just started acting up . At 30 F I have to crank an extremely long time to start . Block heater plugged in or not it's the same . lots of black smoke . Will fire and quit but eventually takes off and runs fine with random occasional lopeing . I'm thinking possibly ICP sensor but I'm getting black smoke no white. FICM ? Any thoughts |
Can u check ficm volts? Are your glow plugs working? At 30 you will still need glow plugs. Check the relay and make sure they are energizing properly. Are you getting a check engine light?
