Whats needed when changing injectors?

Starting a new project and need some advice. My injectors went bad so ive pulled them and im sending them out and ordering some warren 155cc's. My question is will i need any new gaskets or seals when putting everything back together? And is my truck gonna smoke any with these injectors? I run a SCT now and have egr delete. Im not looking to blow smoke just curious if it will. Thanks in advance

I think with 155cc injectors your truck might smoke a little more because of the size of them.
As for the gaskets, I think you can just replace the gaskets for the valve cover gaskets and for the injectors.:humm:

As far as the valve cover gaskets, they are reusable and only need replacing if cracked, the injectors should come with the Orings and seals

ok that dont sound bad then. As long as it smokes because of power instead of bad tuning. haha but thats what i thought on the gaskets. I knew ford made reusable transmission pan gasket and it felt about the same. Thanks yall

I would check the harness to the injectors while you are in there. look for cracks in the insulation especially on bends. cover gaskets are reusable if not damaged. make sure you get the copper seals right and one per cyl. Let us know what you think of the 155 injectors and what tune you are running with them!
