Weird Starting Issue

I have a 2003 F250 6.0 CC SB Fx4 with 160,000 miles. Last year and a half I have done 3 injectors, 2 batteries, ICP, IPR, HPOP, and FICM. I'm due for an oil change but am having a weird starting issue. I have to spray starting fluid in the air filter in order to start the truck. This oddly is whether it is cold or hot, it doesn't seem to matter. I could run the truck all day, shut it off for 10 min, 30 min, 1 hour, doesn't matter, I still have to spray it to start it. Major inconvenience in costs of starting fluid. I'm at a major loss of ideas of what it could be. I've had a few suggestions of spark plugs, but my concern with that, is if it were glow plugs then why wouldn't it start right up without starting fluid when the motor is warm since it doesn't use glow plugs when they are warm. Any and all help will be VERY greatly appreciated. I am extremely stressed out about it and getting very overwhelmed. Thank you all that respond for your help. :scare2: :argh:

Can you check oil pressure with a good gauge before it starts?

stop using starting fluid#1, and you have a highpressure oil leak, stand pipes and dummy plugs or an injector or stc fitting something of that nature... your only hurting your truck with starting fluid..
