after hpop replacement

First off, thankyou everyone for excellent input and help in the past :)

I have posted about some high pressure oil problems in the past. I had good numbers for ficm power, ipr, sync, and almost no pressure from icp. I did air tests that were good, and pretty much got down to hpop being the problem. So I replaced hpop and the truck started and ran better than it ever has for about 1 hour. Took it down the road and got in the throttle a little to make sure everything was good. At about 3/4 throttle and 30 mph. The engine imediatle shut off. Pulled over and had no power to starter for even cranking. Pulled a couple relays on firewall ( drivers side 3 relays and 1 10 amp fuse, still not sure what those are for) plugged back in and could crank fine, but no icp pressure again. Also, I only had 7.5 volts at that fuse. Is that normal? Now im thinking something to with power to computers maybe. Any ideas? Anyone have a component location diagram? did a google image search and only found relays for tow stuff. Never saw a pic of mine. Thx

Early model 2004 F250 6 liter diesel, hpop replaced, hpo system good.

Also, what should the ficm voltage be while running? I see alot of posts. That say no less than 45 volts on key on and crank.

Thanks again :):scare2:

Ficm volts 48 or better for ideal, easy to test, see stickie notes. Check all your ground wires and connectors, sounds like something is loose. Maybe missed something on re assembly?

Awesome thanks :) Looking around online today, I plan on checking the power connector i saw that seems to be a trouble area . it is even on the ford diagnostic paper work in the coffee table book :) Going to do the vinegar and salt thing to clean things up for the connectors, and baking soda to kill the acidity afterwards.. Definatly disco both batteries before that :)
