ford 6.0 was driving then made some bad noises now dosent run??????
 

i have a 2005 ford 6.0 did the hg studs egr and stc fitting and dummy plugs ect about 1000 kms ago also have it sct tuned and has a power max on it. i was drivin today and the truck was running good. i was at a set of lights and i was going to turn and had to get across kinda quick so i step on it abit and the min i got across the lights it stated to make some pretty bad sounds like it was almost running on like 4 pistons and it wouldnt really go over 2000rmp at that point so i just drove very nice to my house witch was about a block away and parked it and now theres nothing turns over well but dosent start any ideas im very upset about this hole thing i have put alot of money into this truck now and ive only had it for about 15000 km:argh::argh::argh:

You need to get in and see what's going on. Check oil, fuel and voltages. A misfire could sound really bad but cleans up after repair. Really need more info as to what's current. Fuel pressure and ficm volts are easy to check and if u can use scanner to check injectors, that's easy start. Then look at oil pressure if you can get gauge or thru scanner. That's all assuming you have no broken internals.

hey thanks for the help i checked my low end oil pressure i took out my oil filter pushed the little spring down and tryed to turn it over turns over smooth and the where the filter would be filled up with oil so im gussing that means my pump is working. checked my ficm v is 48.5 all times well truning over or just sitting there. checked my icp its makes power up to just 500 and always tho it hit 500 once. i also took out my fuel filter and turned the trucks key to the on for the glow plugs and my fuel bole filled up fast so...... ??

What kind of noise did it make? Does it crank over smooth? I have heard of unplugging ICP to get it to fire and rule out sensor. Can you get a diag scanner on truck and check injectors?

hey got it running but she dont idle nice at all and everytime you rev it up it like skips 2 times when it goes back down to idle i got one code out of it today for number 5 injector low Circe my icp can get up to 600 psi on crank and my ficm is 48 still any ideas ?

ok well the trucks at my shop i took off the pass side valve cover after i got a p0273 code saying low Circe on the number 5 injector had the injector in my hand it seems to look good and everything on the way down look good to so im kinda not sure what to think ?

Now I am not nearly as smart as all of the guys on here but I immediately think it is hpop. It happened to me once and it sounds like the same problem, either hpop or oil branch tube that supplies oil to the injectors. I believe you should be getting a couple thousand psi at the ICP? correct me if I am wrong. I thought it took something like 500 psi just to fire an injector and like 3000psi for the truck to idle.
