2005 ford 6.0 did my egr delete and head studs did all at once and did a new oil cooler well install all of this i over looked the oil cooler and fxxx it up and for got to put the orings in the oil cooler and it let alot of water into my oil.... so i tryed to start it not knowing there was water in my oil never started try about 5 times so i started to take it apart and found alot of water in my oil so i drained it and cleaned all the mess up the best i could and put it back together with new oil and all that btw when the water leaked in to the oil it was straght water no coolant cuz i was going to flush it out so now i have it back together and it wont start at all where should i start to even look :nope:

It takes a lot of cranking to get it to fire up after you have everything apart, it will kill the batteries before it will start so have it on a good charger or have jumper cables from another running vehicle on it to help out. it is a pain getting the air out of the High Pressure oil system so it will start. once you get it running get it up to operating temp then pull the oil fill cap off so the steam can escape. get it warm for a while, do a little driving after replacing the oil fill cap then change the oil again and you are good.

ok i got it running did 2 oil changes and its still kinda milly so im going to try your way of taking the cap off and letting the water out thanks man do you think the water would have damaged my bearings or hurt my hpop
