is it just wet with oil? oil is common caused by the vent line from the drivers side valve cover to the intake before the turbo

i guess its oil how would i check ? it dosent smell like coolant ?

Unless you completely cleaned the intake manifold it's left over residue. Oil from the CCV would need to go a long way to get to the manifold. It's possible I guess.

you will always have oil from the Crank Case vent in the intake, remember the air is flowing fast through the whole system and every part of the system is coated in oil unless a ccv mod has been done. when you add exhaust soot to it that is when it gets really nasty in the intake, you wind up with a slimy crusty mess

should it be save to drive like im not sure what is going on ....

all 6.0 intakes are wet with oil, if you are not loosing coolant then don't worry about it.
