Deleted egr low turbo psi. Help!!!

I have a 2005 250 6.0 with almost 200,000 miles. Just had the sinister egr delete and replacement oil cooler installed. Noticed my truck was kind of dragging in first and second gear also when I would punch it into passing gear. Noticed my turbo will not go over 10 psi at all. We checked if for leaks and codes but nothing. Any knowledge would be appreciated guys

How are you reading the pressure? factory guage or other? if after market guage then check to make sure the MAP sensor hose is hooked up on the pass side of the intake manifold, it is a rubber hose, with plastic jacket around it, that goes from the intake to the MAP sensor that is mounted near the top of the oil fill tube on the cowl area

Just reading factory gauge before the delete going up hill or stomping it it would jump to 20+ now it sticks at ten and kind of drags until it gets up to speed. If I'm easy on it it shifts fine but that's not right.

Checked the map sensor tube. It was connected to intake mannifold but clamp was slid up and it has a slit about an inch long going up it. If it works as a vaccuum could this be my problem?

That is the pressure hose, when you are spooling up and have 30psi of boost, that hose will have 30psi on it too, that hose is what sends the pressure to the MAP sensor to tell the computer how much boost is available so the computer can then give it more fuel. If that hose has a slit in it then that is your problem.

That was it man thanks very much. I cut the hose and put it back on and clamped it. Turbo is getting full boost now
