need help ASAP! ford just scanned my truck, multiple issues!

so ive been having issues with my 2004 6.0 and finally took it to ford last night and left it and they hooked it up this morning to scan. well she just called and the outcome wasn't good. cracked turbo hose, bad fuel pump, bad fuel pressure regulator, and 2 bad injectors. grand total $3700 they wanted to replace all 8 injectors. So my questions are
1: will the blue spring uprade fix my FPR? or do I need a new one?
2: how hard is the fuel pump to replace and is it the one mounted on the frame rail under the driver side?
3: the cracked turbo hose im assuming is the one that feeds into the turbo correct?
I start diesel school Monday(what a coincidence lol) and I don't want my truck breaking down but nor do I have $3700 to fix my truck completely so id like to do as much as I can by myself. please help me you guys!

What a rip off, the fuel pump is the one on the frame and if you get the fuel line tools at the parts store/they are cheap/ it will take about 10 minutes to take the whole pump out. The Blue spring upgrade will fix the regulator problem, that is the whole reason there is the blue spring, Ford realised that the factory spring got too weak too fast so they upgraded it to the blue spring. I would do those fixes first and see how it runs because how do you know fuel injectors are bad when they are not getting enough fuel?? if it still runs rough then replace the fuel injectors yourself with factory units, $230 a piece.

You can buy the pump separate from the filter housing. Unplug the pump, take the three bolts out of the cap and slide it out and slide new one in. Is the pump not working at all or just not putting out the right pressure?

well I went and bought a new fuel pump, installed it. had some issues with getting one of the lines off but a little sanding on the line removal tool and it came undone. did the blue spring upgrade. replaced the CAC boot. all for under $400. called up a buddy and he did the injectors for $900. ford wanted $3700 I did it all for $1300. Turbo needs to be cleaned now. My truck doesn't smoke like a freight train anymore:jump::jump::tu: yes im 19 and I don't like my truck to smoke lol

$900 was for replacing 2 injectors, right?
