I could really use some help here
 

truck i s a 2007 f250, 194xxx miles
4 inch exhaust, sct programmer.

the truck runs and drives, but i seems as if it just isnt running as smooth as it should. like timing or some thing is off or something maybe a misfire.

i did have a check engine light come up ran the code it was a misfire in cylinder 1. i cleared to see if it would come back it hasnt. but it still act like it is miss firing or timing is off or some thing i dont know what it could be or where to go from here. i have already replaced the ficm so i know its not that. i have turned the programmer off to see if that would fix it bout it hasnt. so i need some suggestions or ideas please. i am still getting 18.5 mpg so i dont think its any thing major major but i dont konw

If you have a cylinder contribution test done on it that should be able to point you to which injector is starting to go out. Alot of time a injector will give you signs of it starting to get weak when the truck is at idle but once the rpms start going up you won't notce it.

its actually the opposite. when its idle it sounds fine but when i get in it just seems to almost lag in power. i mean still has plenty of power but i can feel it not runnning as well as it could

Any unusual noises, hissing or air escaping?? do you still have the egr system? if so the egr valve my need cleaning, when they get gummed up they can stick open and performance will suffer.

i do still have egr, out side of hearing the truck not run as smooth when getting into it no there are no unusal sounds, noises, hissing, air escaping

I would start by pulling the EGR valve, it sits just behind the intake elbo, i has 2 10mm? bolts that hold it in, you will have to twist it just a little so you can pry on the 2 little flanges to get it loose, they can be a pain in the ass to get out when they are gummed up. make sure ou remove the orings before you spray it with carb cleaner and take a small brush to it. if you have a shop vac yu may want to scrape off some of the junk in the intake as well but make sure you vac it out. Once you see how nasty the valve is you will know why people delete the system.
