2006 Ford F350 6.0 NO START

Have the same issue. The EGR cooler hose was leaking so we pulled turbo installed new hose and reassembled everything, then had hard start took forever and ran rough. Took Turbo back off cleaned it and re installed, Now no start at all.

FICM test good. 48 Volts.

Just weird was running fine just leaking antifreeze. Now we are stuck and no Idea what to do.
(previously checked STC fitting already updated, and so are the down tubes)

HELP

FYI- turbo does not have to come off to change the hose... simply remove the 2 T35 screws, cap, and reservoir that connects to the hose. pry it up and it will pull the hose off with... You will need to replace the upper o-ring on the oil cooler and the one on the reservoir, but it beats pulling turbo. Also, just lube the new hose up with di electric grease, slip it onto res, and than slide onto egr cooler and bolt down to oil cooler. DONE

as for your current issue, is it making ICP cranking?

might want to pull the intake tube off the front of turbo and give the turbo a spin to make sure it is free, if the turbo is sticking it will not let air past and it won't start.

Was leaving for the Daytona 500 and was frustrated and took it into the dealer and left it. That was more frustrating itself. they called me and this is what they said:

Performed scan test, has no fuel pressure, signs of coolant in the intake plenum, the vehicle is showing evidence of exhaust into the coolant, needs EBP tube, 8 injectors, intake plenum replaced for coolant restrictions to be addressed, also has low fuel pressure HFCM lower fuel pump needs changed, change oil add coolant and fuel filter total $7604.04

of course i didn't do that cant afford that right now. I just don't understand the truck was running great before changed EGR hose. We have had the plenum off when we did egr delete, dummy plugs and tubes, and no signs og coolant intake then, also had checked the oil cooler and that looked good then too.

lost and not sure where to go now...

we can get it to start just takes a bit, it just runs like hell, wont rev quicky,

I call BS it has coolant in intake,, When is the last time you changed both fuel filters? they don't run worth crap with dirty filters, you can pull the cap off the top fuel filter and have someone turn he key on to see if you are getting fuel, should come up pretty quick. A bad fuel pump would definately cause it to not start and if it does it won't go too quick, low fuel pressure can hurt the injectors too but damage won't be immediate.
