Another gauge question!
Ok I'm considering getting gauges real soon for my truck. I'm leaning towards stand alone gauges in a quad pod on a-pillar. Thinking ect, eot, fuel psi, and egt. My question is should I go this route or just get a scangauge? I know the scangauge won't read egt, or fuel psi and that's my concern. Is there a better option? I like the look of pillar gauges and could live with an electronic system like scan gauge or edge but my OCD wont allow for a combo i already know I've gotta go one way or the other. Problem is edge is more $ than I really want to spend I've only found them around $500 or so after adding the egt and fuel psi addons.
---AutoMerged DoublePost--- Guess I should have said what's everyone's opinion. |
I think Edge is worth the money. I know its expensive but it makes everything look clean and plus it tells you alot more about your truck then just the four gauges that you want.

If I was going with monitor setup, it'd be the SCT livewire TS, so you can use it as gauges and still get custom tuning for it.

Will the live wire ts let me add fuel psi and egt? Or do I really need them? I guess I could sell my handheld sct sf3 and upgrade to the ts since I need to purchase the custom tunes anyways I probably wouldn't be out a whole lot. :humm::humm:
