Oil in coolant :(
 
Looks like j am starting the new year with bad luck, checked my degass bottle today and i have traces of oil in it, this cracked heads? Gaskets? Whatever the problem seems expensive any ideas guys what i am in for??

You have a ruptured oil cooler, the whole job should cost just about $300 if you do it yourself. If you don't have a coolant filter then it is highly recommended so this doesn't happen again, also if you don't have EGR cooler delete now would be the perfect time to do it.
Oil Cooler rebuild kit- $260
Intake gaskets -$40
turbo install kit with gaskets-$8
Optional-- EGR cooler delete-$120-and up depending on otions.
OR- $5 if you use 30mm and 35mm freeze plugs to seal both ends of EGR cooler and tack weld them in.
Coolant filter-$139-159 depending on man. and color.

I have sinister egr installed forgot to mention after this kit installed has been pushing small amount of coolant past the cap, but not puking, will try oul cooler first, i have arp studs but who knows, it was done at ford 55k now 267k on truck

It is puking coolant because the oil pressure is up to 75psi, that is why oil will go into coolant but coolant won't go into oil when the cooler ruptures, and if it does then it is minimal

Has been pushing a little bit of coolant for months now and oil residue started a few days ago

your oil temps were sky high, might have been the cause.

So could be possible i can get away with doing the oil cooler and a flush, thats cheaper than the later, prob ok idea to maybe retorque head studs while in there? Another thing i forgot to mention is that truck blows cold air at idle too until i start driving it.
