Blue smoke

Been having problems with injectors. I let my truck wrm up every morning for 15 minutes and it runs great especially with rev x last oil change. If I take off before truck is fully warmed poofs out blue smoke on me till motor finishes warm up and temp gauges rise. Is it the injectors most likely or the start of a new problem.

I'm going to be watching this post... I installed a FICM programmer and upon start-up it's blowing blue smoke. I haven't heard back from the company I bought it from yet but, from what I've read blue smoke that hangs around at cold start is un-burnt fuel. I know that my problem is in the FICM (causing over fuel). I have seen turbo seals cause blue smoke too.

Blue smoke is typically oil in the exhaust, SBCs with loose valve seals are known for this at cold start. Both times I had an injector stick open, first it was black (rich), then grey when it was stuck open DUMPING fuel into the cylinder. A choppy idle also accompanied the injector failure.

During cold starts, my 2003 would puff blue smoke, or make a cloud if it was cold enough. When I added RevX, the amount of blue smoke was GREATLY reduced. My thoughts are that the o-rings on the injectors are constricting at a different rate than the heads and the oil is allowed to pass by when cold. I could be wrong, but it explains the blue smoke.

That would make since then once everything heats up and expands it sealed Back up and stops

Noticed when its cold it blows the blue smoke when the turbo spools up
