blown head gasket? bad head studs?

so i was talking to my uncle and he said something that got me mind turning some gears, some scary gears. he was thinking that my coolant leak that i cant find, could be head gaskets and studs. what do you think. i havnt found any penut butter in my oil anywhere so to me that kinda rules that out. what do you guys think?

Is the cap around the coolant bottle white? That's usually the first place for it to go. For as common as it is for a 6.0 to pop a headgasket, it's not terribly common for them to cross contaminate like that though. Coolant and oil really only mix when the oil cooler ruptures. I mean there's the chance the heads can crack and things can contaminate...

Do you have a tuner? Do you have ARP's in now?

I had the same issue bout 3 months back my heads were goin I had the white residue around the reservoir cap so I had the head gaskets changed machines the heads added arp head studs an bought a new oil cooler cause it was bad as well.

What gaskets did you use?

As far as I'm concerned, only OEM gaskets should be used. At least until someone else proves that another brand works...

Went back with ford oem gaskets
