6.0-6.4L Drag truck commences!!!
 

So after scouring the web and FINALLY getting ahold of a shop that had done the swap (thrice actually) it's a lot simpler than I thought. Accomplished in 11 "easy" steps

1. Remove 6.0L cab
2. Repeat above for 6.4L
3. Remove 6.0L engine
4. Repeat above for 6.4L
5. Install 6.4L on 6.0L motor mounts (yes, it will drop right in)
6. Reinstall 6.0L cab
7. Remove every inch of wiring from the 6.0L cab/chassis (headlights-taillights)
8. Repeat above for 6.4L
9. Install ALL 6.4L wiring and computers into 6.0L cab/chassis
10. Plumb in fuel/coolant/oil/trans
11. Fire the beast up

The first swap that the shop did took almost 2 years to get up and running because of the lack of knowledge and resources, but once they figured out that the whole truck harness had to transfer the 2nd and 3rd only took about a week each. Their '02 6.4L is sitting just under 1000HP, stock bottom end, no bottle and a stock 5R110 holding up so far, their mission is to push components to the absolute point of grenation (I just made that word up) so that their customers can know the limits without the pricetag
