Oil leak getting bad!

I have oul leaking under my truck, my mechanic sajd its the front seal and will look closer for other leaks or to make sure next wk, its coating the underneath of my truck so it was hard to tell at first, i can now smell burnt oil in cab now a bit so truck is getting parked. How big of a job is it to do a front seal? Hrs labour?? Told me rad had to come out etc so i figure thermostat replaced, never been done (260k) and get turbo cleaned because its sticking.
Anything else i should look at while in the shop??

I'll change it.

Might want to do a water pump too if it's still original.

Still original water pump too, im also getting a few codes too
PO480 fan 1 control circuit
PO528 fan speed sensor circuit no signal
, dont have money to redo head gaskets yet so think i will retorque them, never done yet then do gaskets next fall, i think they are slowly failing with slight seepage at degass cap

Do you have studs in? You can't exactly re-torque the stock bolts. They're a one time use only bolt, I'd leave them be. Tightening them more will more than likely just make the problem worse.

Yeah i got studs in but i think they are on there way out, they were done at 85k mark at dealer so i doubt decked and planed. Any ideas or concerns with those recurring codes im getting?
Every so often too im getting a cylinder 1 contribution code :(

Is your fan working at all? Might be the fan clutch, but those aren't exactly very common codes.

Couldn't hurt to check the stud torque then. I thought you were going to re-torque the stock bolts haha. Could always yank the heads and have them done up at the machine shop... but if you're not leaking coolant I'd have a hard time justifying that.

The contribution code is probably just an injector that's on it's last leg if I had to guess. Especially if it keeps coming back.

For the codes, you may want to check the wire connector going to the fan clutch. We found one that somehow got caught in the fan and split apart.
