Ok guys I have not been able to get my scanner yet but I have more problems. I replaced the high pressure oil pump and the IPR valve and the engine will not start. It alsow sounds way different when you turn the engine over almost like there is no fuel at all. I tried to spray it but it only will began to lock the engine up so I stoped. We replace the starter and batteries. If you crank on it long enough the engine oil pressure gauage will raise up over half way and the engine acts like it trys to hit on one cylinder. I was monitoring to ICP sensor voltage and noted that now I have .8v with the new pump when I first start to crank and as soo as the engine oil pressure gose up the voltage will go up to 1.6 volts. So now I am getting pump pressure rite? Befor I only had .2v with the old pump. :argh:
We did check code with a reader and found no codes but it will only read codes so I can't check pump ICP or ICP actual yet.

Stop spraying it with ether number one.

Secondly... if you replaced the HPOP and didn't fill the reservoir with oil, it's going to take a while to get that thing fired. As in, you're going to need a battery tender on the batteries because you will drain them dead before it fires. Once it does fire, it will run rough. Ford says 3k rpms for 3 minutes to bleed the air out, or just go drive it around and be on the throttle a bunch to clean it out.

Sounds like you might have air caught in your high pressure oil system. Remove your ICP and crank the truck in 15 second intervals until oil trickles out of the hole. Then replace the ICP and try and start it. You will need to do a few 0-65ish WOT runs to bleed the last bit of air out of the system once you get it running.
