Does anyone have a clue what the thread is on the ICP sensor? I know it is a hydraulic fitting but I would like to find out what it is. All the years are the same size so that doesn't matter, I am working on a project and need to extend the port to a new location, I need to know the size so I can get the right fittings needed. Thanks

think I found it, 12x1.5 metric

Alot of research I figured that out, I believe I can install an 05 pump without too much problem and without changing oil rails and branch tube. While looking at different sites for pumps to see if any even compare to the dieselsite one I noticed something/ I had a momen of clarity/ it sure looked like if I took the 05 pump with the old 2 piece STC fitting and removed the part that bolts to the branch tube that the fitting would be in the exact location that the 03 and early 04 pump to branch tube fitting would be in. so I took the 05 pump and removed the one part of STC fitting and tried to install a 04 branch tube into it, snapped right in. The next issue is the ICP sensor, by installing the later pump and cover,can get the cover for $35 on ebay, you loose a location for the ICP. I noticed that the 05 pump has a allen head plug right next to the IPR location, so I pulled that plug and it is the same thread and sealing surface as the ICP sensor, the port is also a high pressure port, it is the test port for attaching air to test fo leaks. The only problem with that location is it is too close to the casting to directly screw a ICP sensor into it, that is why I was asking about the thread, I am going to extend the port, by using the proper fittings I am going to relocat it just enough to install it because I don't want to run a hydraulic hose that could leak in a couple years and burn it to the ground. I will be taking pictures this time dring proccess and will supply parts list and part numbers where possible, Hope it works.

Honestly, it ought to be stupid easy. I would love to find some Old stock of the original STC fittings, even though the only piece needed is the part that attaches to the pump

Well, it seams they are common, Aeroquip makes them and are available and are still used in other applications.
